ServicePoint Password Reset Instructions

Below is a video walk through of resetting your own password in ServicePoint as of May, 2019. Please remember the following:

  1. A user must have an agency specific email in HMIS meaning users are not allowed to (a) use accounts from gmail, yahoo or other similar email services (which will be deleted from user records) or (b) use shared inboxes (like generic addresses i.e. shelter@suburbancook.org). If a user does not have an agency specific email, they will have to reset their password by submitting a Cayzu ticket (see #3) like before.
  2. Agencies must notify the HMIS Team if a user has left an agency within 24 hours of their leaving.
  3. Users may still contact the HMIS Team through Cayzu at suburbancook.org/hmis/support if they are having trouble logging in.
