An invitation to the community
We would like to invite you to attend the first Summit on
Homelessness sponsored by the West Suburban Council on
Homelessness to participate in developing a plan to end
homelessness in suburban Cook County.
The West Suburban Council on Homelessness—a consortium of
homeless service providers and homeless advocates—is part of
the Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County.
The Alliance has been the coordinating body for planning
homeless services in the county for the past 10 years. We
think that ending suburban homelessness is achievable
through a well-planned effort with all partners working
together toward this common goal. It is now time to engage
the larger west suburban community in the conversation
about ending homelessness.
When and Where?
Please join us on Friday, December 1, 2006 at
Parking is available in the Loyola Hospital parking garage
which is adjacent to the Cuneo Center. A continental
breakfast will be provided.

We look forward to meeting with you on December 1 as we
work towards developing a plan to end homelessness in
Suburban Cook County.
